Scan & Send Mobile App

Available for most Android devices, our Scan & Send app offers added convenience for customers to send prints to us electronically rather than via Royal Mail.  All prints are sent using secure file transfer methods and are encrypted in transit and at rest on Recollections' servers.  To ensure the prints can be matched to the order and we can successfully fulfil orders, we must store the following personal information about each print:

• First Name
• Last Name

No sensitive personal information is stored at any time.  Prints are retained for a period of three years from receipt to facilitate easier reordering when required.
